At Stars & Stripes Soap Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade soaps using simple ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened soaps for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products received during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Orders that are canceled before shipment

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
